Boston Market Restaurants Raise $280,000 to Fight Breast Cancer

GOLDEN, Colo., July 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Thanks to the generosity of customers who purchased Boston Market(R) coupon books in May and June, Boston Market restaurants raised $280,000 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.  The coupon books, valued at $40 each, were sold for $1 a piece --
with Boston Market donating the full purchase price to the Komen Foundation to help in their efforts to fight a disease that touches millions of lives each year.

"We're proud to support this great cause, and to be part of something that really matters to our customers and our employees," said Mike Andres, CEO of Boston Market.  "This is just one more way Boston Market can give back to the communities that support us every day."

The money raised goes to support breast cancer research and outreach programs.  Boston Market has a long history of supporting the fight against breast cancer.
